The Gala Dinner and Charity Auction on the evening of CCR-interactive, in association with the Marston Group, are always major events in the credit industry’s diary. With a reception area and dining facilities overlooking Tower Bridge and the River Thames, the Guoman Tower Hill offers the perfect climax to a day of learning and networking.

In 2011, over 300 dinner guests gathered and were eager to support the Charity Auction, which raised £8,500 for the excellent work done by Great Ormond Street Hospital.

This really was a case of the industry donating valuable prizes and then the industry making substantial bids to help out some of the neediest children in our community.

Just a few of the prizes and winners from the night were:

Three club level tickets at the Emirates for the Arsenal vs. Marseille Champions League game, donated by The Marston Group, bought by Tony Kirton.

Two club level tickets at the Emirates for the Arsenal vs. Stoke Premiership game, donated by Paladin, bought by George Miles.

A kindle, donated by Teleperformance Collections, bought by Neil Jinks.

An Ipad2 and Smart Cover, donated by Aktiv Kapital, bought by Tony Kirton.

A Nikko Island Cruiser radio controlled boat, donated by Callcredit, bought by Gary Lucas.

A box for 12 people at the Sheffield Arena to see the Sheffield Steelers ice hockey team, donated by P&A Receivables, bought by John McLellan.

Champagne tea for two at the Ritz, donated by Credit Management Training Ltd, bought by Michael Jackson.

Two sets of two tickets for the Premiership game Chelsea vs. Everton, donated by Link Financial, bought by Mark Thundercliffe and Stephen Kiely.

Either a one-day tank driving experience or a 30-minute Tiger Moth flight, donated by Cabot Financial, bought by Simon Jones.

It was a truly spectacular evening highlighting the very best of the industry, so here’s to 2012!

The Event

In 2011 CCR-interactive, in association with the Marston Group, brought together over 400 delegates and some of the most informed presenters in the credit industry - from the UK and around the world.

The day was, once again, divided into six streams to ensure that the delegates received information of direct relevance and were able to learn the latest information for the industry from the leading experts in the industry.

As the national event for the credit industry, CCR-interactive continues to be the leader for bringing new ideas to the industry - such as a proper networking breakfast and lunch, CCR-meetings and the filming of all presentations.
